Like the best falafel shops in Israel, Goldie focuses on one thing and sticks to the basics. Light and crispy falafel balls are fried to order and carefully stuffed into fresh pita. Chopped salad, cabbage and tehina join the party, along with your choice of condiments: Spicy Schug, earthy Harissa or funky Amba. Carb-conscious guest can skip the pita in favor of a falafel salad with date-lemon vinaigrette.

Shawarma-spiced French fries and Tehina shakes complete a meal that is so satisfying, you won't believe it's vegan. And Goldie is kosher, too.
